MICHAEL BROOKS
My past & present experiences in classical piano, music production, recording, mixing, mastering, engineering & internet radio/club DJ are some of my strong points.
I started playing piano at the age of eight & by the time I graduated high school & college I was writing, and creating R&B, Hip Hop, classical, jazz and mastering the creation with some major and local talent.
Currently I own & operate a media production company called FWM Group & a music production company called Fi-Water Music based in South Carolina.
We work with different artists ranging from Latin/Reggaeton, R&B, Pop, Rock, Country & Hip Hop/Rap genre’s and promote the artist music via our own internet radio station DAT FI FM.
Since the startup of our media production company in 2006 we’ve had several music placements on various networks & major television shows/films as well & now with our catalog getting bigger in size we’re able to offer more music for projects that require more authenticity & uniqueness

Album co-production with Tommy Boy Records recording artist Undacova whose song “Love Slave” appeared on the volume one soundtrack to the 1995 film New Jersey Drive. Soundtrack received gold status by the RIAA.

Signed a deal with Global Graffiti Music to publish music for the TV show America’s Next Top Model (The CW, VH1, UPN) for a duration of eight consecutive seasons.

Produced music for local artist WHITESIDE, King G, QCees, Solomon Speaks & Rulette.
2005
Released a compilation cd titled “FI-WATER” produced by Brookz $101$ Productionz for Fi-Water Records.
2006/2007
Song “Going Down” by King G. off the “FI-WATER” compilation CD was used in the film trailer for a low budget boxing documentary film entitled “Club Boxing” filmed in Billings, Montana.
