When it comes to Porsha there’s only one word which comes to mind, and that is SURVIVOR! At just six weeks old she lost one of her kidneys and later on in life was diagnosed with colon cancer. After overcoming incredible odds she published her first book, “A Girl With a Troubled Life” at just 18 years old. A native of South Carolina, Porsha was a member of her church choir by the age of 5, and started writing her own material by the age of 15. For the past ten years she has been a preschool teacher, and after beating colon cancer two years ago, she revamped her music career and is ready to show the world what a true SURVIVOR is!

Porsha has been singing her entire life, from joining the church choir at just 5 years old to writing her own music by the age of 15. However, she had to put her career on hold for two years due to being diagnosed with colon cancer. After kicking cancer’s ass, Porsha decided to grab the mic once again to fulfill her dream. “ I give all the glory to God”, she says, as her faith is what got her through the most difficult times. Porsha has teamed up with Fi-Water Music, a production company in South Carolina with multi-talented producer, Michael Brooks. 2019 is a promising year for Porsha with her new single, “Move Your Body” and the completion of her first studio album set to be released.
